Since 2014, projects funded by the Reaching Out, Supporting Families Programme have been supporting families in Northern Ireland to deal with a range of challenges - from physical and intellectual disability, to bereavement, trauma and stigma. Five years on, projects share the changes they see in their communities. This booklet also includes findings from an interim evaluation of the Programme conducted by CES.
