This stakeholder engagement tool was created by CES and aims to help those implementing a policy or programme to plan for and manage the process of engaging with key stakeholders. It sets out tasks and questions for stakeholder identification, analysis and mapping. It also provides a template and checklist to help develop a stakeholder engagement plan.
This tool will be particularly useful for service providers and policymakers in the process of implementing a programme or policy.
