CES has produced a range of resources based on our experience of supporting government departments and service providers to implement change.

From 2016 to 2019, seven government departments in Ireland and Northern Ireland used expertise from CES, backed by funding support from The Atlantic Philanthropies, to assist their own staff to build skills and capacity and to work on nine change projects. CES commissioned an evaluation of the programme to capture learning for policy makers about what enables change. CES also worked with the departments to produce resources from the Programme.
